		<description>I tried Bikram yoga, for a 30-day period ($29).  It was hard &amp; also fun.  Pulled muscles; next-door neighbor joining me; feeling like I&#039;m entering a cult of another kind.  All these people, at 6:00 am willing to sweat &amp; ache, together, barely dressed.
I&#039;ve come down w. a cold &amp; felt as you did, today, trying to get the last class out of my 30-day period.  No, went back to sleep.  I&#039;l stick w. swimming weekly at my Y.</description>

		<description>I will try Zumba this Monday (sigh!).  I&#039;m also trying to work out at home to a video.  It&#039;s funny... working out on equipment used to be all I did, but now that I started classes that&#039;s what I like.  I think the important thing is to keep trying new things!</description>

		<description>I am not the one to ask, because, well, I can&#039;t do it either.  Exercise that has to happen at 5:30 is exercise that&#039;s not happening.  Any chance of getting away at lunch?  Don&#039;t suppose your husband would be able to pick up the kids?  Or hang in there with Zumba?  Try another gym/rec class/cardio equipment?  I actually love zumba and seek it out, but I could see if it&#039;s not your thing, it&#039;s not.  The steps do get easier as you learn them, and in my case, I try not to be too worried about whether I&#039;m doing it right or not.  Dance solos are legitimate :)</description>
