		<description>I was up there, too, and did pretty well in the self-acceptance department.  Dated like crazy!  
That&#039;s one of the strange things now about losing weight... it&#039;s not that I&#039;m vain, or think I looked terrible.  But yeah, how do you change something when you&#039;re content with what you are.  I guess you can be self-accepting and still accept you want something different for yourself.  Something I&#039;m still struggling with...  Self-hatred makes it hard to do good things for yourself, or to want the best for yourself.</description>

Not to say I&#039;m all about appearance, because I&#039;m totally not, but just to say that I agree that sometimes to lose the weight you have to get unhappy with where you are!</description>
