		<description>Yes, we can&#039;t just swear off food.  But we can swear off food that triggers addictive behavior.  I&#039;ve found getting back to whole foods has helped as they don&#039;t trigger addictive behavior for me.  But it&#039;s hard when food is everywhere!</description>
