These things all make sense. After being a WW slacker for many years, I finally kicked into gear this year and it has helped a lot. And I just got hired to train as a leader! I am now following all WW posts with great interest, to see what I can learn.

Points were one of the things I really didn't like about WW at first; why not just count calories, right? What I've grown to appreciate is that they encourage you to make better choices... higher fiber, whole foods, lean proteins. Counting calories can do that, too. It just goes to show that everyone has to find his own way when it comes to finding what works.

I tried Weight Watchers a few years ago, but found it left me feeling hungry. I now count calories, and try to keep to healthy food groups, which is working for me. But getting to this point has taken years of trial and error, and I must have tried just about every plan out there!
